Job Title: Certified Residential or Certified General Real Estate Appraisers
Massachusetts and/or New HampshireContract - 1099
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of property valuation and the appraisal process, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: - Conduct property appraisals for residential, commercial, and/or industrial properties - Analyze market data and property records - Prepare detailed appraisal reports - Stay updated on local market trends and regulations - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and appraisal standards (USPAP)
Qualifications: - Valid Certified Residential or Certified General Appraisal license in MA and/or NH - Proven experience in property appraisal - Strong analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in appraisal software and Microsoft Office
