Brad Fisher is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He specializes in a variety of commercial properties, and also has an extensive background appraising residential properties. Examples of a few property types that Brad has appraised include retail, industrial, mixed-use, special-use, and apartment buildings of all sizes. Brad graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Brad has completed appraisal reports for both commercial and residential properties in both rural and urban settings.

Mitchell Fisher is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Massachusetts and a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser in New Hampshire. He specializes in a variety of residential properties, including single-family residential properties, multi-family residential properties, land appraisals, and condominium units. Mitchell also has an extensive background appraising new construction residential properties, as well as newly/to be renovated residential properties. Mitchell graduated from Middlesex Community College with an Associate of Science in Business Administration. Mitchell has completed appraisal reports of residential properties in both rural and urban settings.
